el condor pasa – a beautiful Peruvian song, an instrumental with charango and pan flutes
one man’s ceiling is another man’s floor – a cover of a Paul Simon song done in jazz, blues, and Beale Street styles as the song progresses
needles and pins – this song has been in my brain since I saw the Searchers perform it on Ed Sullivan, with a few twists
chimes of freedom – my cover of a Byrds’ cover of Bob Dylan’s unofficial national anthem
i can’t win – a roots cover of an Invincibles’ song, better known from the Ry Cooder version
stir it up – a cover of the Bob Marley classic that has been on my brain for many years
variations, gymnopedie no 1 – some improvisations on an Erik Satie composition
higher love – a more meditative cover of Stevie Winwood’s treatise on what love is
brothers in arms – a cover of Mark Knoppfler’s moving anti-war anthem focused on veterans’ traits of sacrifice and nobility
days like this – a cover of a Van Morrison tune about perfect days
the fire still burns – composed by Corodon Fuller, Fenn Eubanks and me back in 1968 or so…
mama said – an a cappella cover of the Shirelles tune

if i could only win your love: a Louvin Brothers tune with a sweet Dobro track from my Alaska/Montana friend Chick Beckley.
who’ll be the next in line: some straight ahead rock and roll from the Kinks, with harmonica and background vocals from Andy Preston.
