Nos Vamos
Bags are packed. Euros gathered. Train tickets and passes to Alhambra printed. Leaving early Wednesday morning for an 18-hour flight to Madrid followed by a three hour high-speed rail trip to Sevilla where we’ll be for four days.

Woohoo! Sure wish we could recreate our trip with you. Loved Seville. Jealous you’re going to Alhambra since we didn’t make it there… Just remember: salmorejo at every meal! And rioja… We need to talk about that…

Las Golondrinas is on the list and has already been duly located and mapped. Is that the one with the roasted almonds?
The tapas place with the fried almonds is in Madrid; we can find the name again; it’s up the hill from Plaza del Sol (at the end where the Apple store is!). There’s also a “nut” man we loved on the bridge over the river in Seville; got some very tasty stuff from him!
